Sphero Indi can be used in EYFS and KS1. It may also prove to be a good introduction to basic computing concepts for pupils in lower KS2 with limited computing experience. 

Our Sphero Indi sets include 10 Indi cars, a charging unit, packs of coloured silicone mats and a teacher guide.

Sphero Indi has a colour sensor on its base which identifies each colour and then performs an associated action. This provides a really playful way for pupils to improve key skills like problem solving, debugging and communication as they work together to work out what each colour prompts Indi to do. Challenges of varying complexity can then then be set as pupils rearrange the mats, debugging as they go, to get the desired end result.
